Polo Sur started when searching for the perfect tack item to gift as a birthday present to our favorite equestrian girl (yes, a family member!). We visited different stores, and look up online, but nothing would have the perfect equilibrium between price and quality. We started to wonder if all the qualities we value on a product could fit in only one item, or brand, at affordable prices. While still on the search, our family took a trip to Argentina (the mecca of Polo, great horses, and incredible leather goods), where we finally found phenomenal handmade tack made by family-owned workshops. It's very exciting to be a small business in the amazing equine industry, while we can also help to provide a better living to people in a developed country when shopping with us.
Return policy:We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.To start a return, please contact us at info@polosur.ca. Any return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping fees are non-refundable and, if applicable, will be deducted from the refund amount. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
